Prices and conditions

Prices are per week, for 2 people,per gite. Accommodation for extra guests at £10 per person per night.
Changeover days are flexible and we happy to quote for your requirements. Winter long term lets from £100 pw.
July and August - £350
May, June, September - £300
October and April- £250

Our Main Contract Terms

1. This is a binding contract between the owners and the clients.

2. 20% of the amount payable will secure the booking. This is a non returnable deposit unless the reason for the cancellation is the fault of the owners.

Reminders will not be issued but if the deposit is not paid within 2 weeks of the owners' confirmation of the booking it will be assumed that the booking has been cancelled.

The balance is to be paid to the owners account 8 weeks before arrival, unless late booking conditions have been agreed. If the balance of the rental is not paid by the due date the booking will be deemed to be cancelled.

3. Cancellation of a booking should be made in writing. If the reason is due to illness or another unavoidable situation then the amounts refunded (excluding the deposit) will be as follows;
29-60 days before the holiday - 50% of rental.
15-28 days before holiday - 25% of rental
0-14 days - 10% of rental.

4. The owners are entitled to ask the clients to leave the property without refund if their behaviour is deemed to be unacceptable.

5. Whilst every care is taken to ensure that the description of the property is accurate, from time to time there may be alterations or variations. No refunds are available for such discrepancies.

6. The owners will make every effort to ensure that all additional facilities are available and in good order. No refunds will be given if this is not the case due to reasons beyond their control.

7. In the event of major catastrophies such as flooding or fire, causing the gîte to be unavailable, the owners will attempt to find alternative accommodation of a similar standard for the clients.
Should this not be possible then of course the clients will be refunded.

8. The gite is designed to accomodate 2 people. Additional guests are welcome at an extra £10 per person, per night.

9. Pets are not allowed.

10. Unless previously agreed otherwise, arrival time should not be before 3 pm and departures by 10.30.am.

11. The property is expected to be kept clean and tidy but all final cleaning will be undertaken by the owners.

12. All linen and towels are provided, including pool towels.

13. It is the owners' utmost concern that the holiday and accommodation meets or exceeds the clients' expectations and the owners will do everything they can to ensure this happens. Should there be any problems, discrepancies or malfunctions in the gîte they should be reported to the owners as soon as possible, in order that remedial action may be taken.

14. Normal wear and tear is expected so there will be no charges for minor damage and breakages. However, where, in the opinion of the owners, clients abuse property they will be responsible for making full restitution for the damage.

15. By signing and returning this agreement the client and all those occupying the gite agree to these conditions and will abide by them.
